We know just how important it is that we keep loved ones and families as close as possible. Connected together to smile, and to share and create more beautiful memories.
In line with the latest government guidance, (17.5.21) we’re so happy to be able to welcome up to 5 designated family members to safely, visit a loved one, inside our home*. You are also able to nominate one of those family members as an essential caregiver.
Visiting in our stunning gardens will always be available, and you can also bring the younger members (Under 16) of your family to visit outdoors. And, even more wonderful, you can now take loved ones for a low-risk visit outside of our beautiful Worcestershire care home.
It’s our priority to ensure safe visits continue whatever the future may hold which is why we’ve evolved our home to include a safe, partitioned visiting room.

Our highly trained memory care team are dedicated to supporting families who have loved ones living with a dementia. It’s Our promise to keep you connected, to keep you together and to always keep everyone as safe as possible. We know that not all our memory care residents will understand the need to maintain physical distance which is why we’ve developed visiting that’s unique to your loved one.
We know how much families will want to see loved ones and to spend time together at this sad time and where possible, it’s Our promise that we will make an exception to our overall visiting policy. Visits will be sensitively coordinated by our skilled and compassionate teams to protect the safety and wellbeing for everyone.
