At our Worcestershire care home, we believe in a lifestyle that’s unique to each of our residents and prior to moving in, we’ll conduct a comprehensive health assessment together.
We’ll take the time to get to know you & your loved ones. We’ll spend time over video and phone calls and invite you to come and meet our team in our safe indoor visiting room.

New Residents
The continued health and wellbeing of our existing residents and teams remain of the utmost importance. So we can continue to welcome you and your loved ones to our home, every new resident will be tested for Coronavirus prior to joining our Fernhill House family.
Following a negative test result, loved ones will be welcomed to their new home at Fernhill House and enjoy time to relax and settle safely in the luxury and comfort of their own beautiful rooms for the required quarantine period.

Staying connected
We know how important it is to keep residents connected with their families and friends particularly during this moment of settling into their new, beautiful home. Our Visit Coordinator is dedicated to keeping everyone connected through regular video calls.
Following the safe transition into our wonderful Fernhill House community, visiting can be booked in our new, safe indoor visiting room, alongside garden & window visits. It’s Keeping Safe. Our promise to ensure safe visits continue whatever the future may bring.
